Bringing back some of my sessions from last Summer and Fall that never had a chance to make it on the blog, the busier I get the first thing to go is the blogging. I’m looking forward to getting months of work out in the public eye. The couple that is featured in this blog is no exception, easily one of my FAVORITE sessions from last year. We had a perfect sunny afternoon and we did ninety percent of these photos in Britney’s Parent’s back yard. The rest were done at a family farm just down the road.

Britney and Kurt are easy to be around and easier to photograph, they are natural affectionate to each other and it translates well into the photos. Engagement photos are a great chance for me to see how my couples photograph and they get a taste of what it is like to be in front of my camera. They are planning an early June wedding that I have been waiting anxiously for. I know Britney will be a GORGEOUS bride and their day will be nothing short of perfection…

The “Backyard” is actually a small woods where a few houses sit clustered together, it had the best paths, tall weeds, and we got to take advantage of a neighbors pond. I tell my clients all the time, find somewhere that has some meaning to you. I could not have dreamed up a better location for their engagement photos.

Their summer wedding will be here before we know and they will be back on the blog again soon!
