Who is this little man? He cannot possibly be the same little boy whose newborn session I did only six months ago. When did he get so big? How in the world is he sitting up all by himself? His big brown eyes and intent looks held all the confirmation I needed. It was most certain the same little Luke I was photographing once again.
Luke embodies the old man spirit trapped in a tiny little body. He is always reminding me of a Grandpa with his beautiful baldhead. I am looking forward to see again how his looks change. We will definitely have a little boy running around instead of one that is proudly sitting up. This time however Luke was working on his facial expressions. From BIG SMILES to pouty frowns he pulled all the stops in front of the camera.
The best way to get Luke to smile is when Mom & Dad get to play with him. His eyes light up and the giggles start.
Luke has no choice but to be a serious sports fan when he grows up, he already has quite the collection of Ohio State & Cincinnati Reds gear. The fact that he can keep a baseball hat on is an impressive feat. Most babies are tearing anything out that they can get their hands on.
As always sending out my appreciation to Tony & Lindsey for allowing me in their home and choosing me to be there to document their changing lives. I’m looking forward to running around outside for Luke’s One Year session that will be here before we know what happened.
